CJR is Prime General Contractor for the Tenant Finish Built-Out the KCI International Airport which is made up of 180,000 SF of new construction. CJR is also the primary subcontractor to Physical Security, LLC on the construction of the Curtain Wall Glass and Glazing Construction for the Kansas City International Airport Project. The total construction cost of the KCI Airport is $1.2 Billion. This is 5 year project which will be done in March 2023.
