CJR Construction Group, LLC was officially formalized in May 2017, but was in conception since 2009 and quickly expanding in the commercial, multifamily and retail renovation and remodeling company. Charles J. Robinson III (CJR) the founder and owner of CJR Construction Group, LLC has built a diverse engineering, construction and program management professional career holding senior level position with Kiewit Construction, Union Pacific Railroad, and other large AEC firms.

After 23 years of leading and growing construction divisions in the market segments of transportation, railroad, vertical infrastructure and multifamily, Mr. Robinson, decided that it was finally time to step out on FAITH and formulate a business built on honesty, respect, integrity, hard work, dedication and a compassion to given back to our community.

Design Assist

CJR has developed a propriety and comprehensive advances to client’s potential project through all phases of development, construction and management. The “Design Assist” method is to bring team knowledge to the project as early as possible, which reduces cost and efficiency.

Working with CJR in a Design Assist capacity will introduce all players to the project in early phases which maximizes the project value and reduces the overall project schedule.
