This Friday, we revealed CJR’s new space in Raytown, MO to our community at a grand opening ceremony. It was an honor to host the YouLEAD MO Program Launch by Future Leaders Outreach Network (FLON) at our new office.

Since 1999 Future Leaders Outreach Network (FLON), a non-profit headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, with regional offices in Kansas City, KS and Arlington, TX, has been working to inspire young students to think about their future career or job.

The YouLEAD is a Career Pathways Simulated Workplace Mobile Trailer Lab equipped with computers and educational-Virtual Reality (E-VR) headsets. The career pathway modules includes but is to limited to Career Interest Exploration, Job Readiness (Grades 6-12), Workforce Development (Grade 12 & Adults), Financial Literacy, Soft Skills, etc.
