With over 25 years of experience and roles in carpentry, project management, field supervision, and operations — Rondale has a wellrounded knowledge of all phases of construction. He has managed multiple projects simultaneously and has demonstrated expertise in leading, directing, and coaching versatile workforces.

Rondale will play a key role in overseeing field day-to-day operations, working in conjunction with Centric’s Project Manager and Superintendent, overseeing CJR Construction’s scopes of work and ensuring the successful completion of construction.
