Charles is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 25 years of high capacity construction experience in all phases of construction and project management, including full accountability for budgets, scope of work, scheduling, contracts, and working directly in conjunction with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure multiple project deliveries from concept to closeout. 

Charles’ diverse experience has allowed CJR to provide vertically integrated services in development, engineering, construction, and project management to trade partners and clients.
